REFUNDS
For those who bought a prepaid card with cash; do you have a remaining balance on your prepaid card after the event?

Refund requests are available from Monday 4 November 2024 until Monday 18 November 2024.

An administrative cost of € 3,50 per refund will be charged.

After 18 November 2024, the balance will automatically be set to € 0,-.
